Frank S. Finelli - "F Squared", is a 2015 graduate of the University of Hartford, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Entrepreneurial Studies, and a minor in Architectural Engineering, Magna Cum Laude and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. He furthered his studies at Harvard University taking a graduate summer program on Sustainable Product Design and the Innovation Ecosystem.
During his studies at the University of Hartford he became a top entrepreneur student with many notable accomplishments, including, taking first place in the Business Plan Competition with ‘Smart Switch’, which went on to place at the state level. After becoming president of the Innovator Group, he hosted many one of a kind events, including the UHART Car Show. He was later asked to participate and lend his business plan expertise to the RESNA student design competition, The Hartford Hand, to develop a business plan. His studies were not limited to just the Business School. Frank was pivotal in breaking down academic silos and encouraging cross campus collaboration, leading a cross campus collaboration team to first place in the Business Plan Competition with “motionGlo”, including a prototype of the product.
Frank is currently the Data and Research Analytics Manager at HUDSON, a commercial real estate advisory development and investment firm located in the Flat Iron District of New York. He is credited with many technology upgrades; data base creation, implementing and training a company-wide G- Suite migration and streamlining operations at HUDSON. One of Frank’s major entrepreneurial projects is representing a food and beverage international franchise with a North American strategic market penetration. He also has in the works launching a new product flavor for a local trendy donut shop.
